Obsessive-compulsive disorders are repetitive, persistent, unwanted thoughts, desires, or compelling images that cause distress or anxiety. You may try to ignore them or get rid of them by performing compulsive behavior or rituals.

5-Disturbing sexual images.
Examples of obsessive signs:-
1-Check the stove frequently to make sure it is off.
2-Washing hands until your skin becomes sore as a result of vigorous hand rubbing.
3-Checking doors frequently to make sure they are locked.
4- Rearrange the packaged goods so that they look the same.
5-Counting in certain patterns.
6-Silently repeating the supplication or word.
Causes of obsessive-compulsive disorder:-
1-genetic characteristics:- Obsessive-compulsive disorder may have a genetic cause.
2-learning:- Obsessive fears and compulsive behaviors can be learned gradually when watching a family member practice them.
3-vital properties:- Obsessive-compulsive disorder may be the result of changes in normal body chemistry or brain function.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder treatment:-
1- Behavioral therapy:-Think of positive things like work and sports to control the mind and reduce stress and anxiety.
2- healthy diet:- Eat a healthy diet free from sugar, caffeine, and soft drinks.
3- Relax:- Practicing yoga, meditation, walking slowly, or doing any other simple exercise for 30 minutes a day helps to reduce the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
4- Sleeping:- Follow a daily routine to get more restful sleep and control anxiety, by listening to music, and taking a warm bath.
5- Eat herbs:- Eating herbs helps relieve symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, as they contain many antioxidants.
